About
Thanks for visiting this site and for your interest in the work my partners and I do on behalf of corporations, associations, executives, groups, and individuals.
Like many people these days, I bring to my work a unique and blended background driven from my personal passion to support the growth and development of others. I am a senior strategic communications and public affairs executive, corporate consultant, writer, and a specialist in depth psychology. I have also been a senior political advisor. The common thread through all of my experiences has always been the fundamental element of transformation and change, pursued on corporate, political, social, and interpersonal levels.
For 17 years, I have been creating programs and designing outreach for start-ups, large corporations, Members of Congress, and global consulting firms. I was Vice President of Corporate Communications for Politics.com, where I helped make the company a leading dot-com player. The company teamed with Yahoo! and held the first-ever online chats with Presidential candidates Al Gore and Bill Bradley. I was also a Senior Account Executive at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide and created award-winning programs for companies like Pfizer, GE Capital, and Miller Brewing Company. I also helped spearhead new business development for Ogilvy and worked with our global affiliates to win new contracts.
Earlier in my career, I served as a special consultant to Lockheed Martin’s executive team and managed communication efforts for two acquisitions and a major corporate restructuring. For AOL, I was a senior public affairs consultant and supported crisis communications and community relations programs.
In another leadership role, I worked for Pfizer’s senior team and developed new internal communications programs that reached all of the company’s 50,000 employees across 37 countries. In the political arena, I worked for two prominent Members of Congress, including the former Chairman of the House Government Reform Committee and the Vice Chair of the House Energy & Commerce Committee.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Penn State University and a Master’s in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara. I also spent two years at Georgetown University earning three advanced professional certifications in Executive Coaching, Facilitation, and Transformational Leadership.
My passions are pure and simple. I love the art of the possible. My purpose lies in facilitating and supporting great transformations and deeper understanding—for businesses, communities, and individuals.
I am also proud to support the Tibetan Children's Village. :)
